Meet the Founder

A woman with long black hair and light skin, smiling, sitting in a wooden office chair at a desk. She is wearing a white blazer with gold buttons and a matching white top, with a small green and gold clover necklace. Behind her is a bookshelf filled with books, a framed certificate, and a small globe. There are also some decorative items like a colorful vase and a framed photo.

I’m Minne Younis, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#151224). I specialize in helping clients build confidence, manage anxiety, and reduce stress. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, where we work together to explore the root causes of your struggles and develop strength-based strategies for lasting change.

I provide therapy in English, Arabic, and Swedish. My therapeutic approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, and a deep commitment to cultural sensitivity. This holistic approach helps you address both the challenges you face and the strengths you already have to build a more fulfilling, balanced life. My goal is to provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive space where you can gain clarity, enhance your emotional well-being, and achieve meaningful growth.
