Culturally affirmative therapy recognizes the importance of a person’s cultural identity in shaping their worldview and experiences. It focuses on creating a safe and respectful space where clients feel valued and understood in the context of their cultural background.

Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) is an evidence-based approach that helps partners understand and improve their emotional connection. When couples get stuck in the same arguments or feel distant, EFT helps them identify the deeper emotions and needs underneath those patterns. By working through these together, couples can build stronger trust, communicate more openly, and feel closer and more secure in their relationship.
