I’m Minne Younis, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#151224), founder of VITA THERAPY, INC. I specialize in helping clients build confidence, manage anxiety, and reduce stress. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, where we work together to explore the root causes of your struggles and develop strength-based strategies for lasting change.

I provide therapy in English, Arabic, and Swedish. My therapeutic approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, and a deep commitment to cultural sensitivity. This holistic approach helps you address both the challenges you face and the strengths you already have to build a more fulfilling, balanced life. My goal is to provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive space where you can gain clarity, enhance your emotional well-being, and achieve meaningful growth.

Treatment Method

  • Vita Therapy uses evidence-based methods like Cognitive-Behavioral-Therapy, Person-Centered-Therapy, and insights from Neuropsychology. Cognitive-Behavioral-Therapy helps clients change negative thought patterns, Person-Centered-Therapy offers a supportive, non-judgmental environment for growth, and Neuropsychology informs our understanding of how brain function affects behavior, guiding effective interventions. Together, these approaches provide a holistic path to mental well-being.

  • Solution-Focused therapy is a positive, goal-driven approach that helps you focus on solutions. It encourages you to recognize your strengths and past successes to create practical steps toward your goals. By focusing on what works, this approach helps you make real changes and build confidence.

  • Culturally affirmative therapy recognizes the importance of a person’s cultural identity in shaping their worldview and experiences. It focuses on creating a safe and respectful space where clients feel valued and understood in the context of their cultural background.

  • Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) is an evidence-based approach that helps partners understand and improve their emotional connection. When couples get stuck in the same arguments or feel distant, EFT helps them identify the deeper emotions and needs underneath those patterns. By working through these together, couples can build stronger trust, communicate more openly, and feel closer and more secure in their relationship.
